The Horseshoe Bar Ranch on the John Day River, Oregon runs for over 12 miles along the John Day River. Wild steelhead migrate upstream in late fall and winter. We offer steelhead fishing in combination with an upland bird hunt. The hunting and fishing lodge is within walking distance of great steelhead runs and upland bird hunting. This makes for a great combination trip.
During the spring and summer the smallmouth bass fishing is excellent. We offer cabin and lodge rental for up to 12 guests. This is a great trip for families. Come enjoy fishing, swimming and rafting on the John Day River.
The Horseshoe Bar Ranch is a wonderful place to enjoy hunting and fishing with friends and family throughout the whole year.
